Maple Bear education has been present in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for the 4th year already and has offered to the local community the chance to tap into how a kindergarten and an elementary school program could effectively be designed, structured and implemented so that they could cater for each child’s developmental and educational needs.

They are trained, monthly counselled and yearly assessed by Maple Bear Global professionals on curriculum writing, planning, implementing and assessment. Teachers benefit from in-school training twice a year and the objectives of each training session are informed by the expressed needs of our school. The presence of the Maple Bear Global Trainers has particularly been appreciated by or staff and parents as it is a guarantee for all our community that our examples of good practice will be validated, and our challenges will be addressed collaboratively.
