Maple Bear education has been present in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for the 4th year already and has offered to the local community the chance to tap into how a kindergarten and an elementary school program could effectively be designed, structured and implemented so that they could cater for each child’s developmental and educational needs.

Maple Bear Cluj benefits from regular counselling from Maple Bear operational team on how to comply with national requirements for schools authorized to operate in Romania and how to align these requirements to Maple Bear ones. Safety of children, teachers, parents and the whole community as such is of utmost interest, so safety policies and safety plans will always be in place and disseminated to the community to ensure a proper development and academic success of our students.

Maple Bear Cluj teachers are constantly informed on the latest most effective teaching approaches. They are trained, monthly counselled and yearly assessed by Maple Bear Global professionals on curriculum writing, planning, implementing and assessment. Teachers benefit from in-school training twice a year and the objectives of each training session are informed by the expressed needs of our school. The presence of the Maple Bear Global Trainers has particularly been appreciated by or staff and parents as it is a guarantee for all our community that our examples of good practice will be validated, and our challenges will be addressed collaboratively.
